Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By using PropDesk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
PropDesk provides a property development management platform on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 or older to use PropDesk. One account per development workspace.
4. Your data
You own your data. By using PropDesk you grant us a limited licence to store and process it to provide the service. We do not sell your data.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use PropDesk for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to attempt to access another tenant's data. Violation results in immediate account termination.
6. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Failure to pay results in downgrade to the free plan. Refunds are handled case by case — contact hello@propdesk.co.za.
7. Limitation of liability
PropDesk is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
