Privacy Policy — PropDesk

1. Who we are

PropDesk is a property development management platform operated by TitanSoft Solutions. We are based in South Africa and subject to the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

2. What data we collect

We collect information you provide when signing up (name, email, development name), data your team enters into the platform (snag reports, unit details, meter readings), and standard usage logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the PropDesk service, send transactional emails (account setup, notifications), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored on Neon Postgres — a cloud database platform running on SOC 2 certified infrastructure. Files and images are stored on Cloudinary. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

5. Tenant data isolation

Each PropDesk workspace (tenant) is fully isolated. No development can access another's data. Your data belongs to you.

6. Your rights under POPIA
